It depends on the plan and how quickly we get what we need from you. Your roadmap shows every date before we start. Typical launch: Launch 2–3 weeks, Growth 3–4 weeks, Full Stack 4–6 weeks, from the day we have your content and logins.

Hosting, updates, the services in your plan, your monthly report and check-ins. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to the ad platforms.

No, and be careful of anyone who does. We do everything that's in your control and report the results honestly.

Not always. The check-up and planning session will show whether to improve what you have or rebuild.

Many popular tools connect directly or through a connector; some only by export. We check your exact tools before we quote, and we tell you plainly which is which.

We're based in Kansas City. We work in person across the Kansas City metro on both sides of State Line, and remotely everywhere else.

We'll tell you, show you the numbers, and change course. If something stalls on our end, we fix it. If a project stalls because we never get what we need, we pause and tell you exactly what's missing. All work is final and fees aren't refunded, but there's no long-term commitment: after month three you can cancel with 30 days' notice, and you keep everything we've built.
